The Assessment Center

Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System has a 24-hour, 7-day a week crisis intervention, assessment, referral, and admission service. The Assessment Center staff, comprised of therapists, psychiatric nurses, and psychologists; provide confidential assessments and consultation for psychiatric, behavioral and chemical dependency problems. Following the assessment, the Assessment Center staff will make referrals for outpatient, Acute inpatient or Residential care based on individual treatment needs. The Assessment Center can also help families determine the financial resources available for health care costs. Mobile Assessment Program

Mobile Assessments are available to local crisis centers and Tulsa Metro Emergency rooms by calling 918-492-8200. Our licensed assessment team member will travel to your location to provide assessment services. This service is free of charge and can offer a prompt method of assisting patients in crisis. Call us 24 hours everyday for a mobile assessment.
 

Telemedicine Assessment Program

Telemedicine Assessments are available to patients in over 100 communities and rural towns in Oklahoma. Telemedicine stations are located in many town across the state and will accommodate patients who need an assessment. Please call 800-821-6993 to find a Telemedicine location nearest to you.
